She is a Partner with 20 years of experience working with financial sector companies in Poland, Switzerland, and the United States. She has been with EY since 2006 and worked at EY Switzerland between 2015 and 2019. Throughout her career, she has combined the roles of auditor and advisor to financial institutions, leading IPO projects as well as financial function transformation and optimization initiatives. She currently works with both international clients and local financial institutions.
Her core areas of focus include IFRS 9, particularly credit risk, as well as the impact of regulatory changes on financial institutions, their processes, data, and reporting.Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk. She is a certified Polish statutory auditor and a member of ACCA.
