Patrycja Sass-Staniszewska is the President of the Chamber of Digital Economy (e-Chamber), whose mission is to develop the Polish digital economy sector through cooperation, know-how exchange, legislative activities, and representation of shared interests at both national and international levels. As President of e-Chamber, she is responsible for developing the organization’s strategy, including legislative initiatives. She manages all of e-Chamber’s activities from a financial performance perspective and is responsible for the organization’s growth and representation in Poland and abroad.

She is the originator of the The Same Start (Taki Sam Start) campaign, advocating for equal legal frameworks and fair competition between e-entrepreneurs from Europe and those from outside the EU. From the very beginning of her career, she has supported companies in the globalization of their businesses.

Since 2023, she has been a member of the 5th term Digitalization Council at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, where she supports the Ministry and the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digital Affairs with her knowledge and experience, provides opinions on strategic documents, and develops new initiatives within the Ministry. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Board of Directors representing 24 countries of Ecommerce Europe, where she collaborates on shaping the strategy of the European e-commerce organization at the EU legislative level and builds business relationships in the area of cross-border e-commerce and online exports. She is also the originator and initiator of the European E-commerce Summit.

She has been connected with the interactive industry for nearly 20 years. In 2024, she received an industry award from the e-commerce sector; in 2022, she was honored in the TOP Woman competition for her contribution to the development and promotion of Polish e-commerce; and in 2023, she was included in the TOP 25 ranking of the most influential women in retail and FMCG. Previously, she worked at IAB Poland, where she helped build the online marketing organization from the ground up, and at Eniro Poland (Panorama Firm), where she served as a press spokesperson. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. A happy wife and mother to a wonderful daughter, Lena.
