He has been with Spomlek for over 15 years—first as Vice President and, since 2023, as President of the Management Board. He has played a key role in the company’s growth, leading its modernization and strengthening its market position.
Under his leadership, the company is driving strategic transformation, expanding into new product segments, and scaling its operations through integrations and investments.
He previously gained experience in the IT and financial sectors. A graduate of Lublin University of Technology and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, he combines business expertise with a passion for new technologies. In his free time, he enjoys mountains, books, and music.
