Paweł Ossowski is the President of the Management Board of ZARYS International, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of single-use medical equipment in Central and Eastern Europe. This Polish, family-owned company, operating for over 35 years, currently employs more than 500 people. ZARYS conducts direct sales across more than a dozen European countries as well as the Middle East. It is one of Poland's key medical industry exporters, present on three continents and an active partner of humanitarian organizations and UN agencies.
ZARYS medical products are present in every hospital in Poland, thanks to a comprehensive offering that enables facilities to meet their complete supply needs — from gloves, syringes, and procedure kits to protective clothing and sterilization products.
Ossowski also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SiDLY, a telemedicine platform, and of AIP Seed, a fund investing in innovative Polish start-ups in the MedTech and HealthTech sectors. As an expert in the medical device market and international business practice, he focuses on foreign expansion, economic diplomacy, and strengthening the position of Polish companies in global markets.
He is the founder of the ZARYS Foundation, which actively promotes disease prevention and organizes humanitarian initiatives, including aid for war-stricken Ukraine. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the University of Sydney Business School, he also completed the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, holding the status of HBS alumnus. A member of the Polish Business Council, the Business Council to the President of the Republic of Poland, and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), he is committed to fostering the development of Polish entrepreneurship and promoting domestic companies on the international stage.
