Paweł Pałubiński, CEO of Collins Aerospace Wroclaw, president of the Lower Silesian Aviation Cluster.
He joined Collins Aerospace Wroclaw in May 2021. Previously, for almost 19 years he was associated with a company from the automotive industry.
In his career, he went through all levels of the organization. Starting from production positions, as a production process engineer, and then as a production director. Over the next years he held a global position and spent the last 4 years as CEO in the automotive industry.
He has deep knowledge of building and optimizing processes. A leader who believes in the strength of his teams, encouraging them to continuous development, decision making, challenges, creativity and competition.
Focused on continuous improvement and learning, mentor, passionate about sharing knowledge with others, always optimistic and relentless in achieving of the goal.
As the president of the Lower Silesian Aviation Cluster, he constantly takes action to motivate the companies associated in the Cluster to work even harder, joining their forces to jointly create the right conditions for the development of the aviation industry in Lower Silesia.
He joined Collins Aerospace Wroclaw to create a synergy effect between the technology of the Aerospace industry and the agility of processes in the automotive industry.
