A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He began his professional career in the financial sector, where he spent over a decade in capital markets. Between 1997 and 2008, he worked at Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A., progressing through all career stages from analyst to Director of the Capital Markets Department. He subsequently continued his career at UniCredit CAIB as Managing Director.
He has been associated with the Adamed Group since 2012. As a Member of the Management Board and Managing Director, he co-develops and implements the company’s long-term growth strategy, overseeing key investment projects and supporting financial and strategic decision-making across the organisation. He combines deep financial expertise with a strong strategic perspective, with a particular focus on international expansion, business diversification, and strengthening Adamed’s position in global pharmaceutical markets.
