He began as Inspector at the Technical Department, before taking up the roles of Coordinator of the Nuclear Power Team, Director of the Department of Power Engineering and Credential Verification, and Director of the Department of Technical Service and Testing Method Development. Most recently, since 2019, he was Director of the Department of Innovation and Development.
Paweł was in charge of preparing UDT for its tasks related to the construction of nuclear power plants in Poland. He was also responsible for implementing innovative methods of validation testing and inspection-support solutions.
He is an experienced manager with extensive knowledge in fields such as management, nuclear power, energy transition, international cooperation, legislation, and implementation of large-scale projects.
Paweł represented UDT on the TIC Council and at international forums on nuclear power and electromobility, among other fields.
He got his engineering degree from the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Faculty of Mechatronics, and followed that up with a Postgraduate Programme in Nuclear Power Engineering at WUT and a Postgraduate Management Programme at the Warsaw School of Economics.
