Philippe Lavigne

Is a retired French Air Force General and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (2021–2024), where he led strategic foresight, capability development, and innovation across the Alliance. He is currently Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. Prior to his NATO role, he served as Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force (2018–2021).
A seasoned fighter pilot with over 3,000 flight hours and 50 combat missions, he has led major operations, including in Afghanistan, where he commanded the final French forces and directed Kabul International Airport.
