Piotr Grzonkowski
CEO of the Food & Agri Business Line, LipCo Foods Group, Vice President of the Management Board, SuperDrob, CEO, Łukpasz
Piotr Grzonkowski has been building his expertise in finance, operational management and strategic leadership in the food sector for nearly 20 years. Since 2025, he has served as CEO of the Food & Agri Business Line at LipCo Foods group. He is responsible for the development and vertical integration of the poultry value chain – from feed production, hatcheries and breeding, through the veterinary segment and partial processing, to the sales and distribution of final products.
Management Board of SuperDrob since 2015 – first as CFO, then COO of AGRO, and since 2022 as Vice President of the Management Board. Since 2018, he has also served as President of ŁukPasz, responsible for developing the feed segment within LipCo Foods.
He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, and also completed studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, an MBA, the Management Psychology Program at SGH, and the Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute.
