Position: GVP Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Management
Is responsible for the legal and corporate affairs of TVN Warner Bros. Discovery. As Group VP – Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs Management Poland, he leads the Legal Department, supporting the business across key areas including regulation, competition law, distribution and sales, advertising, television production, and news operations. In his role, he also works closely with global Data Privacy, Ethics & Compliance, and Employment teams.
Piotr Wasilewski is a qualified legal counsel and holds a PhD in law, with many years of experience in media and advertising law, new technologies, and intellectual property. He is a long-standing academic at the Jagiellonian University, co-founder of the Association for New Technologies Law, and an expert regularly cooperating with industry organisations such as ZPPM Lewiatan, IAB Polska, PIKE, and KIGEiT. He has also served as an arbitrator of the Advertising Ethics Commission at the Polish Advertising Council. Piotr is the author of numerous academic and popular science publications.
