For over 20 years, he has advised management boards, supervisory boards, and business owners on reputation building and protection, organizational development, and change management.
He is the Founder and CEO of Lighthouse, a communications advisory company operating within the international structure of Edelman — one of the world’s largest communications agencies. He has delivered over 500 projects in issue and crisis management. His experience includes supporting the communication of multi-billion investment projects, IPOs, and M&A processes. He also specializes in family business communication and succession planning.
For many years, he was actively involved in the leadership of the Polish Public Relations Association, serving for a total of 10 years as Chairman of the Council and President of the Management Board. He is an arbiter at the Advertising Ethics Commission and has been a jury member of the Złote Spinacze (Polish PR Awards) for over a decade.
He lectures on crisis management at the London School of Public Relations and has previously taught at SWPS University, the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and Gdańsk University of Technology.
He is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and ICAN Institute.
