Advocate Przemysław Rosati, President of the Polish Bar Council since March 2021. Member of the Polish Bar Council since November 2016. Judge of the State Tribunal in Poland since 2023.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2006. In 2010, he passed the bar exam and began practicing law. Since 2012, he has been actively involved in the activities of the bar association, initially as a member of the Social Communication Commission of the Polish Bar Council.

In 2013, he became Deputy Disciplinary Officer of the District Bar Council in Warsaw, and in 2016, Deputy Disciplinary Officer of the Polish Bar Council. In the same year, during the National Congress of the Bar, he was elected to the Polish Bar Council. During the 2016–2020 term, he worked in the Advocates’ Practice Commission and Trainee Advocates Education Commission of the PBC.

Since 2017, he has served as secretary of the Confederation of Legal Professional Self-Governments and Associations, and in 2021 he became Chairman of the Confederation. In March 2021, he was elected President of the Polish Bar Council, and in June 2025, he was entrusted with this function for a second term.

In January 2022, he was appointed to the Program Council of the Law Department at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, and since June 2022, he has been a member of the Expert Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Łazarski University in Warsaw. In November 2023, he was elected a member of the State Tribunal in Poland.
