Radosław Serwiński

Radosław Serwiński is a GE Aerospace executive engineering
leader focused on the Future of Flight in Poland, where he leads
projects developing new technical and technological solutions
for GE aircraft engines. He also serves as President of the Board
at the Laboratory of Aviation Propulsion Research „Polonia Aero”
Sp. z o.o.
Radosław obtained his engineering degree in Mechanics and
Machine Construction from the Warsaw University of Technology
in 2006, followed by a master’s degree in Aviation in 2007. He
began his professional career at the Warsaw Institute of Aviation,
focusing on commercial engine compressors for GE. In 2008, he joined GE Aerospace,
initially participating in a development program that included designing and maintaining low-
and high-pressure compressors with a particular focus on aeromechanics.
From 2012 to 2017, Radosław led strength teams within the aeromechanics, aerodynamics,
stress and life groups. From 2017, he managed test projects for aircraft engine fans,
overseeing the design and analysis of components supporting modular and engine tests. In
January 2020, he took over the role of “Polonia Aero” Sp. z o.o. Plant Manager and
Commercial Proxy. Since September 2023, he has been leading Advanced Technology /
Future of Flight projects at GE Aerospace Poland.
His extensive experience in R&D projects has led to the successful commercialization and
further development of innovations, including the high-pressure compressor project for the
GE9X engine and the construction of test stands for narrow- and wide-body aircraft engines.
