Rafał Brzoska

Company: InPost

Position: CEO, Founder

Polish inventor and entrepreneur, the founder and CEO of Integer Capital Group – Europe's leading e-commerce delivery platform. Rafał
is a member of Corporate Connections Global and chairman of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Council. As an Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board member, he supports transatlantic cooperation by promoting actionable strategies that integrate economic growth with regional stability and innovation.

Rafał founded InPost, the Integer Group’s flagship company, revolutionising Poland’s parcel delivery market. In 2006, Rafał decided to compete with Poczta Polska, the state-owned postal monopolist. Poczta Polska was the only operator allowed to deliver letters weighing less than 50 grams. InPost began offering envelopes with small pieces of metal (about the size of a credit card) glued to them to reach the minimum weight. This gambit and competitive prices allowed the company to build a sizeable customer base.

The company took a quantum leap with the launch of parcel lockers in 2009. InPost has the most significant and most convenient automatic parcel pick-up and delivery network in Europe, with more than 94,500 modern APMs and almost 33,000 PUDO points in 9 countries (UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands). InPost also provides courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce sellers, working with around 100,000 e-tailers. In 2025, the company handled nearly 1.4 billion parcels, achieving a 25% year-on-year growth.

From the beginning, Rafał’s ambition has been to go far beyond the borders of his home country, creating the biggest Polish business success story on the European stage. In July 2021, InPost acquired French logistics giant Mondial Relay for €513 million, the largest and most significant Polish private investment abroad, allowing the InPost Group to enter the French, Iberian, and Benelux markets. The company's listing on EURONEXT-Amsterdam that same year was the largest debut for a European technology company in the continent's history. In 2023, InPost acquired a 30% stake and voting rights in Menzies Distribution Group Limited for £49.3 million. In 2024, InPost acquired the remaining 70% stake for £60.4 million, taking full control of its logistics operations in the UK. At the beginning of 2025, the Group acquired Yodel, one of the largest parcel delivery providers in the United Kingdom. This transaction strengthened InPost's position as the third largest independent logistics operator in the UK. In 2025, the InPost Group further strengthened its presence on the Iberian Peninsula by acquiring Sending, a Spanish courier and fulfilment service provider. This acquisition enabled the expansion of operational capabilities, with the integration of 24-hour door-to-door delivery services and an extension to international shipping offerings.

As an Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board member, Rafał Brzoska supports transatlantic cooperation by promoting actionable strategies that integrate economic growth with regional stability and innovation. As the chairman of the newly established Polish Entrepreneurs' Council (PRP) in Poland, he spearheads initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of Polish businesses, stimulate economic transformation, and reinforce public-private collaboration. Under his guidance, the PRP champions sustainable development and innovation and Poland’s position as a key economic leader in Europe. Through his visionary approach, Rafał Brzoska continues to shape a future rooted in progress, resilience, and global cooperation.

At the personal request of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Donald Tusk, Rafał Brzoska became the leader of a social initiative to develop proposals for the deregulation of Polish law. “SprawdzaMy - Entrepreneurs' Initiative for Poland” is a grassroots initiative that works to prepare and propose to politicians a package of solutions for the deregulation, simplification and facilitation of business transactions. It is a joint initiative of all people concerned about the Polish economy's future and the country's development projects.

In addition to his business activities, Rafał is deeply involved in charity work, which he considers one of the fundamental pillars of 21st-century business. Since the first day of the full-scale war in Ukraine, he has been involved in helping Poland’s eastern neighbor. InPost provided hundreds of trucks carrying more than 8,000 tons of humanitarian aid on his initiative. Rafał also organised the Convoy of Polish Hearts, a 34-car train to the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, the largest privately funded humanitarian transport initiative. The initiator of Europe's largest charity event, the TOP CHARITY - Grand Charity Auction, which raised over PLN 60 million in 2025. The event was named the Best Luxury Auction Event in the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Rafał Brzoska's second philanthropic priority is to support the development of young, talented, hard-working people with limited educational opportunities due to their background and economic and social situation. The Rafal Brzoska Foundation Scholarship Fund provides help and support to enable talented young people to study at the best universities in the world. Currently, 50 people are under the foundation's care, studying at Yale University, Cambridge University, Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University of Science, or the University of Oxford.
