Serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland and is also a member of the Management Board of TVN. In this role, he oversees the full scope of financial management, business support, and key operational areas across the organisation.

An accomplished finance executive, he brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles. Prior to joining Warner Bros. Discovery, he held management positions at international companies such as AVON Cosmetics, Sandoz Poland, and British American Tobacco. He has been with Discovery since 2014, when he joined Discovery Networks as CFO for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. From June 2021 to May 2022, he served as SVP Global Integration – Finance, leading financial oversight of the merger between Discovery and WarnerMedia.

Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting the commercial strategy of organisations, leading business model transformations, managing mergers and restructurings, and delivering major investment projects. Rafał Ogrodnik holds professional qualifications from CIMA and has completed executive education programmes at IESE Business School, Wharton Executive Education in Global Leadership, and the Finance Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a Master’s degree in Economics.
