Ryan Turner
Position: philanthropy advisor
Is an independent adviser, consultant, trainer, mentor, and writer with over 30 years of experience advancing social impact. Working primarily in Central and Eastern Europe and the United States, he helps funders and founders in their strategic, developmental, and capacity building needs. He has worked with corporate, private, and community foundations as well as donors, impact investors, NGOs, and social enterprises at all stages of their lifecycles. He is particularly active with programs and services aimed at human services, community development, economic empowerment, arts and culture, and social inclusion. He is passionate about building innovative sustainable solutions across civil society, business, and public institutions. A graduate of the politics faculty at Princeton University, he is also an ardent traveller and cross-cultural explorer.
