EU affairs professional with more than 15 years of work experience in Brussels, where he has been leading the PKEE office since 2024. PKEE is the only representative of the Polish energy sector in EURELECTRIC.
From 2012 to 2024, he was a parliamentary adviser to Jerzy Buzek, a member of the European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. He previously served as an assistant to the EP President.
He has extensive expertise in the EU's energy, climate, and industrial policies. During his career, he has been involved in the elaboration and negotiation of many key EU legislative files in these fields, including the ETS Directive, the Security of Gas Supply Regulation, proposals for the EU Electricity Market Design, and the Hydrogen and Gas Package.
As an external expert, he has been involved in preparing the Committee of the Regions' opinion on the Action Plan for Affordable Energy (2025). He also co-authored the Stefan Batory Foundation’s report on "Back to Europe. Recommendations for Polish European Policy" (2024).
