Logistic manager with over 15 years of experience. He started a professional career in Raben Group, where he was responsible for cooperation with FMCG food and non-food retailers in the central Poland region. He joined IKEA in 2017, being responsible for Distribution Center in Jarosty. From 2019, he moved to the new position and was responsible for central warehouses across country, distribution to the stores in PL, SEE & EEC region and B2C ecommerce operations in Poland. Since September 2024, Sebastian is holding the position of Logistic & Distribution Direction and on top of previous assignment, he is responsible for store logistics, last mile deliveries, logistic network design and strategic sourcing within underlying area.
