Sebastian Mikina is an attorney-at-law (adwokat) admitted to practise in Poland and a counsel in the Banking and Finance Practice at Baker McKenzie in Warsaw.
Sebastian is a transactional lawyer whose experience spans financial, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, as well as the regulatory aspects of financial activities.
He regularly advises lenders and borrowers across a range of sectors, including private equity funds, public companies and clients from the energy sector (in particular renewable energy), as well as the retail and manufacturing sectors. He has been involved in numerous domestic and cross-border multibillion financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance and project finance, as well as complex refinancing transactions. His experience also extends to advising on numerous bond issuances and private debt financing transactions.
In 2025, Sebastian advised a consortia of several financial institutions on two of the largest financing transactions in Poland.
