Stein Langberget has nearly 20 years of experience providing legal and executive advisory services within the gaming sector. Throughout his career, he has served as General Counsel and Special Advisor to the CEO of Norsk Tipping, Norway’s state-owned gaming monopoly. His main responsibilities included corporate strategy, international alliances, and regulatory affairs.
During his time at Norsk Tipping, Stein was responsible for managing relations with the Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Gambling Authority, the two primary governmental bodies overseeing gambling in Norway. During this period, the monopoly model became significantly stronger and gained broad recognition among stakeholders worldwide.
He holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and a Master’s degree in Strategy from the Norwegian Business School
