Vice-Rector for Development and External Relations at Kozminski University, Dean of Kozminski Executive Business School, Director of the Executive MBA, and President of the Kozminski Development Foundation. With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of academia and business, she designs development programmes for managers and oversees postgraduate, executive education, and MBA offerings.
She is responsible for business relations, the Executive MBA alumni community, and initiatives that support the University’s growth and talent development. She serves on the Association of MBAs (AMBA) accreditation panel and sits on the supervisory board of ERBUD SA. A graduate of law and Executive MBA studies, her interests focus on higher education management, university-business cooperation, and management education.
