Sylwia had lived and worked in Ukraine for over six years, so she has a great understanding of the local market. She has extensive knowledge of European management standards, trends and prospects for entrepreneurship development, which she shares in discussion panels, interviews published on industry portals and on her blog. She also publishes her articles on Ukrainian websites, including liga.net.
In the Impel Group, she serves as the Head of International Development and is also the CEO of Impel Ukraine and Vice-President of the International Association of Polish Entrepreneurs in Ukraine.
