A citizen of Gdańsk, manager, doctor of law, and academic lecturer. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.
After completing attorney-at law’s training and passing the professional examination, he obtained the title of attorney-at-law. Prior to that, he successfully passed the exam for the candidates for supervisory board members with the participation of the State Treasury before a commission appointed by the Minister of the Treasury, obtaining the relevant qualifications to serve on these boards.
He gained professional experience in providing legal services to entities in the fuel and construction sectors, in the field of regulated activities and so-called special purpose vehicles sectors (with particular emphasis on preparing and conducting investment processes), working in law firms and running an individual practice as an attorney-at-law. He was the head of the legal department of a private defense-sector company (including execution and design of special technologies) with a solid reputation in both domestic and international markets.
He also gained experience in the government and local government sectors. In recent years, he held the position of a member of the management board and director of legal and financial affairs in a private company specializing in the implementation of linear investments, which has been present in the industry for over 60 years.
For over a decade, he has been serving on the supervisory boards of commercial law companies, including those in the financial markets, telecommunications, healthcare, and leisure industries. Among other things, in the past, he was a member of the supervisory board of a leading Polish telecommunications operator and cybersecurity service provider.
Currently, he is a member of the supervisory board of the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX) in Yerevan, appointed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (its majority shareholder).
