A manager and scientist, he has been associated with Hasco-Lek since the beginning of his professional career, combining scientific expertise with business leadership. He initially assumed the role of President of the Novasome Research and Development Center and held the position of Director of Research and Development at Hasco-Lek. Since 2021, he has been appointed Vice President of the Management Board.
He is the author or co-author of numerous patent applications and pharmaceutical formulations, and he has introduced more than one hundred medicine, medicinal products, dietary supplements, and cosmetics to both the Polish and international markets.
He is a respected member of scientific institutions and organizations operating at the intersection of science and business. He is a member of the Council of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development, as well as the Advisory Board at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław.
He holds degrees in pharmacy and chemical sciences. He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Wrocław Medical University and earned his PhD at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław.
