Tomasz Kowalski has been associated with the Deutsche Bank Group in Poland since 2004. As a Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. and previously Deutsche Bank PBC S.A., and Chief Operating Officer, he managed the operational and administrative departments and played a key role in numerous strategic projects. Since May 2019, he has been the Head of Deutsche Bank Group in Poland, and in June 2019, he took up the position of President of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Foreign Trade Organisation at the Poznań University of Economics and Clemson University in the United States. He also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin. He has been involved in banking since 1993.
