Urszula Zielińska

Secretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, where she is responsible for climate change adaptation, heating transformation, national strategies preparation and international affairs.

She holds a degree in marketing and management from Kozminski University in Warsaw. Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland since 2019. In the 9th Sejm term, she sat on the Committee on Energy, Climate and State Assets and the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry. Co-chair of the Greens.
