Valéry Gaucherand has been involved with L'Oréal and the cosmetics industry for more than 26 years throughout international career. Before his current position, he served as CEO of L'Oréal Vietnam, where he led the division through digital transformation and e-commerce. During his career at L'Oréal, he has held leadership and general management posts in markets around the world, including Mexico, Chile, Turkey and Ireland and the United Kingdom.

With a focus on business development, Valéry Gaucherand is committed to sustainable business and innovation, particularly in initiatives related to supporting gender equality and protecting the planet, as well as in the areas of beauty tech, digital transformation and e-commerce.

Valéry Gaucherand is a graduate of HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris and CEMS.
