Victoria Tian joined Novartis Poland in April 2025, where she serves as Country President. Prior to her role in Poland, she held senior leadership positions in Immunology and Oncology at Novartis China, and previously served as Head of the Oncology Business Unit at MSD China. 

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, she built her career across academic research at Yale University and leadership roles in management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group.

Victoria is particularly proud of her work in China, where her teams pioneered partnerships with healthcare systems, driving patient activation initiatives that contributed to improving standards of care and benefiting millions of patients.

She studied Mathematics at Peking University and holds a PhD in Biostatistics from Yale University.

Victoria is a strong believer in collaboration, people, and culture. She has a deep passion for innovation and for engaging with external stakeholders to help deliver better access to healthcare and improved outcomes for patients.
