Position: Vice President of the Management Board for Infrastructure
Is Vice President for Infrastructure at the Port of Gdynia Authority, a position he has held since 17 March 2026. He is a senior executive with many years of experience in technical infrastructure, asset management and investment delivery in the port, municipal and local government sectors.
From 2000 to 2008, he served as Member of the Management Board and Director for Infrastructure, and from 2008 to 2016 as Vice President of the Management Board and Director for Infrastructure and Asset Management at the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. Since November 2025, he has also headed the Asset Management Centre.
In 2016–2017, he worked for Gdynia City Hall as Chief Specialist for the coordination of investment programmes. From 2017 to 2025, he served as Vice President and then President of the Management Board of PEWIK GDYNIA Sp. z o.o., serving approximately 500,000 residents.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and completed postgraduate studies in “European Management Model” at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
