Founder of the Risewave Foundation, which amplifies the voices of young people in the business world by inviting them to co-create marketing strategies for companies. She has collaborated with leading global brands such as PepsiCo, IKEA, Deichmann, and Marriott. For her projects, she has been recognized with the Award of the Mayor of Warsaw, the Charlemagne Youth Prize, and the “Golden Wolf” Award for the best social project in Poland. She is also the CEO of the MD Fellowship program, which provides young founders with support from top entrepreneurs and investors in Poland.
