At Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland, Wiktor serves as the leader of a team that handles the execution and service of productions for international clients - both internal and external. His responsibilities include coordinating the Polish division's cooperation with other companies in the Warner Bros. Discovery in the field of high-quality production services, such as the realization and broadcasting of sports competitions such as the Speed Way Grand Prix and the Ski Jumping World Cup, among others. Wiktor is also responsible for the creation and development of the state-of-the-art Studio XR. This is the largest studio of this type in this part of Europe, which addresses not only local needs, but also those of the entire Warner Bros. Discovery and international business partners.
He is passionate about new technologies and the possibilities of using technology in media projects. Wiktor is an expert in optimization and risk management in the complex process of content realization. He has been associated with the TVN group for 20 years. He gained his experience in news programs of the TVN24 station as a production manager, and was also in charge of such programs as “Uwaga! TVN" and "Superwizjer".
Wiktor focuses on finding opportunities to optimize and increase efficiency in the use of available resources. His professional achievements include the co-creation of a production management application and the implementation of a production process automation project.
Wiktor is a graduate of the Łazarski University, with a degree in international economic and political relations.
