Currently, as Chief Security Officer, she also oversees security, risk management, and digital transformation, strengthening the organization’s resilience and operational excellence. She specializes in strategic real estate market analysis and investment performance evaluation, effectively combining analytical expertise with a practical business approach.
She is responsible for the comprehensive operational management of the Capital Group, overseeing all departments and ensuring the efficiency of the real estate portfolio. She leads the analysis and selection of new investment projects, with a strong focus on return optimization and effective risk and operational security management.
Wirginia actively develops and maintains relationships with international investors, leads negotiations, and represents DL Invest Group in global markets. She has a strong track record in the commercialization of real estate assets, particularly in the logistics and industrial sector, working closely with key clients and partners.
