CEO and Managing Director of the Ecol Sp. z o.o., from the beginning of his career, he has been focused on machinery reliability, lubrication engineering and oil diagnostics.
The company he manages, Ecol, has been developing technologies related to lubrication engineering and industrial installation cleaning for 35 years, providing comprehensive lubrication and engineering services supported by advanced oil diagnostics. Ecol operates internationally, including in the conventional and nuclear power sectors, through its subsidiaries in Poland (Proserv Sp. z o.o., Ecol4wind Sp. z o.o.), Czech Republic (Ecol Industrial s.r.o.) and the United States (Ecol North America LLC).
Wojciech Majka is a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) in tribology and lubrication, certified by the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), as well as an MLT II, MLE, MLA, and LLA II engineer certified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML).
He serves as the Vice-Chair of the board of directors of ICML and is a board member of the Polish Chamber of Power Industry and Environmental Protection (IGEOS), within the IGEOS Nuclear group.
