Wojciech Niezgodziński
Wojciech Niezgodziński specializes in risk management and crisis management. He has many years of experience delivering projects for organizations in Poland and across Europe, including critical infrastructure operators and entities in the financial sector. He was responsible, among other things, for conducting gap analyses and developing roadmaps for compliance with the CER Directive and national regulations.
He is a co-author of security strategies developed for Polish entities of strategic importance and has carried out complex compliance audits for organizations implementing strategic infrastructure investments. He is also a co-creator of a whistleblowing system and tools for managing sanctions risk.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He lectures in postgraduate programs and works as a trainer in the fields of risk management and compliance.
