Has extensive experience in private banking and wealth management. He was responsible for this client segment and the development of services and products targeted at them in financial institutions in Poland and abroad.
From 2000 to 2009, he worked at Kredyt Bank Polska and KBC Group as Director of the Private Banking Department. From 2009, he was associated with Allianz Bank Polska as Director of the Sales Management Department and Investment Products Department. In 2011, Wojciech Sieńczyk began working for Swiss banks – Hyposwiss Private Bank and later Banque Privée BCP (Suisse), where he was responsible for, among other things, the acquisition and development of new services for the most affluent clients. From 2018, he was associated with Santander Bank Polska, where, as Director, he was responsible for Private Banking and Wealth Management and served as Director of Santander Brokerage House. Wojciech Sieńczyk graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) (1992-1997), majoring in International Economic and Political Relations. He also completed doctoral studies in Management Sciences at the College of Management and Finance at SGH, and studied at INSEAD.
