Wojciech Śpiewak is an experienced manager, who has been working in the energy industry almost from the beginning of his more than 30-year career. Throughout his professional life, he has focused on managing large-scale projects in the conventional energy and oil and gas sectors.
From 2018 to 2022, he held multiple roles, including Project Director for the Baltic Pipe and Program Director for FSRU, while also serving as Deputy Director of the Strategic Projects Division at Gaz-System.
Previously, he held management positions at the Polish branch of SNC-Lavalin (now AtkinsRealis), working on such projects as the design of steam and gas unit in the Włocławek power station. From 2005 to 2009, on behalf of ZE PAK (previously Elektrim-Megadex), he participated in the construction of Poland’s first supercritical power unit – Pątnów II.
From 1996 to 2005, he worked at Elektrim-Megadex, which at the time was a leading Polish company involved in conventional energy projects. He worked his way up through every level of the organization, from project team member to project director.
He has been involved in the project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland since 2015, when, as Director of the Technology and Operations Office at PGE EJ1, he supervised the technical aspects of the process leading up to the announcement of the Integrated Proceedings, as well as all works related to technical and operational analyses. From 2022 to 2026, he served at Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe as Director of the Program Execution Division and, ultimately, as Project Director – Executive Director.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
