Since 2020, CEO of Beyond.pl, a data center operator and the first private AI Factory in Central and Eastern Europe. Wojciech has over 20 years of business experience in Polish and international organizations.
He started his career in KPMG in Poland where he played an active role in the transformation of Polish businesses and the general Polish economy. He went on to join Altria and later Honeywell headquarters, where he led value creation initiatives across the EMEA region. He later rejoined KPMG, and as a Manager, established Advisory business lines in five cities across Poland outside Warsaw to accelerate clients’ growth.
His track record in value creation led him to join Kulczyk Investments – the largest family office in Poland and one of the leading investment groups in Central Europe – where, as Director of Portfolio Management, he was responsible for the oversight of traditional asset classes and portfolio performance, while serving on Supervisory Boards of multiple portfolio companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).
He is a graduate with BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
An active advisor and investor in the Polish startup ecosystem. He is the founder of Deep Change Ventures - a venture capital firm for early-stage startups contributing to selected UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
