An experienced entrepreneur, founder, and principal shareholder of the ATAL Group, established in 1990. Currently, through his family foundation, he is also a shareholder in numerous other companies.
He completed his first investments in the commercial real estate market in the second half of the 1990s. Over time, Mr. Zbigniew Juroszek began building residential complexes in Wrocław, and later in other cities.
Today, ATAL operates in eight of Poland's largest metropolitan areas. Since 2015, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and in 2019, its affiliate, ATAL Development GmbH, launched operations in the German market.
ATAL's development activities focus on the residential real estate market and the investment apartment segment. Its sales results and the scale of its offerings place ATAL among the largest real estate companies in the country.
