Leader of the EY Regulatory Advisory Team and the EY Defense Team, with more than twenty five years of experience. He specializes in addressing regulatory challenges that impact the business environment of companies and entire industries. He works with, among others, the chemical, cement, pharmaceutical, non ferrous metals, fuel, steel sectors, and with defense industry.
He also provides tax and customs advisory services related to the taxation of international goods trade. He is a licensed tax advisor (registration no. 10204). He has acted as an attorney in fact in numerous successful proceedings before tax and customs authorities, in hundreds of cases before regional administrative courts and before the Supreme Administrative Court. He represented Magoora sp. z o.o. in proceedings before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in case C 414/07. In 2008, he received the “Złoty Paragraf” award from Gazeta Prawna in the category of “Best Tax Advisor.”
