FAQ

Before contacting a consultant, please read the frequently asked questions:

1. Where can I register my participation?
Registration is conducted on the website under the Registration tab.
2. Can I sign up in any other way?
Registration is only possible online (via the event website). We do not accept applications via email or telephone.
3. What is the registration deadline?
Registration for on-site participation lasts until April 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
Registration for online participation in the conference part lasts until April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
4. What does the registration process look like?

After entering the event website (Registration tab), please read the information regarding access packages. Create an account by providing your email address.

• I already have an account:
If your email address is already in our system, you will receive a message regarding the possibility of logging in with your previously set password – if you have forgotten your password, please use the "Recover password" option.
After logging into your account, please verify your personal data and select the thematic sessions you are interested in. After saving the data, you will be redirected to the application status (New – awaiting approval by the Organizer).

• I do not have an account:
If you do not have an account in the system, you must go through the process of creating a new one, i.e., entering personal data and creating a password. After entering the correct data, an activation code will be sent to you (please check your SPAM folder). After activating the account, select the thematic sessions and sign up for the event.
After saving the data, you will be redirected to the application status (New – awaiting approval by the Organizer).

5. What is an activation code?
The code activates a newly created account. It is a 6-digit string of numbers sent to the provided email address.
6. How can I log into my account?
To log in again, click the Registration tab, then click Register and find the "Your Account" option in the upper right corner.
7. How can I change/correct participant data?
The "Edit Data" option is available within the participant's account.
8. Is participation in the event free of charge?*
Participation in the event is free of charge provided that the Organizer is granted consent to receive commercial information. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. The decision to grant a free package is made by the Organizer based on a correctly completed registration form.
The above registration conditions also apply to voucher holders.
9. Is session selection mandatory for conference participants?
Session selection is mandatory; without making this selection, it will not be possible to proceed to the next registration steps. Please select the sessions you are interested in attending.
10. Can I make changes to my session selection, and if so, how?
The "Session Selection" option is available within the participant's account.
11. How can I cancel my participation?
There is a "Cancel participation" option available in the registration account.
12. Will I receive any further information after my application is confirmed?
We will send a message with organizational information to the provided email address. The message will appear a few days before the event. It will contain a barcode that should be printed or presented on a mobile device for scanning.
13. When will I be able to purchase an additional conference package?
The purchase of a package is possible after the application has been verified. Information about the possibility of purchasing a given package will be included in the email confirmation.
14. How can I purchase a conference package?
Special purchase links are included in the email confirmation of the application. There are three forms of payment: downloading a pro-forma invoice, Przelewy24, or card payment.
15. How long will I wait for a status change after purchasing a package?
The status change occurs after the payment has been posted by the Organizer.
16. Is it possible to purchase a conference package on the day of the event?
This will be possible via card payment or by issuing an invoice after the event (invoice issued based on a declaration).
