Adam Leszkiewicz is a senior executive with extensive experience in business and state-owned companies. He specialises in organisational management, business transformation and cooperation between public administration and the corporate sector. Since May 2025 President of the Management Board of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ S.A.). From March 2024 to May 2025, he served as President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., where he implemented a recovery programme and initiated the transformation of the business model across the entire Group. Between 2016 and 2023, he held senior management positions within the international groups STEAG GmbH and EPH a.s. Previously, he served, among other roles, as President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn and Grupa Azoty Chorzów. From 2007 to 2011, he held senior positions at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of State Treasury, where his responsibilities included overseeing privatisation and restructuring processes, as well as companies operating in key sectors of the economy.
