Łukasz Kościjańczuk

He specializes in innovation, particularly in securing funding for R&D activities and investments through grants and tax incentives.
He works with Polish and international companies on project selection and optimization, developing innovation strategies and innovation financing strategies, and designing research agendas. He has participated in or led teams working on projects that have received a total of nearly PLN 2 billion in funding.
Łukasz is the co-author of numerous articles, reports, and two books on public aid: “Financing Urban Development through EU Funds – The JESSICA Initiative” and “EU Funds 2014–2020: A New Perspective – New Opportunities.”
