Andrzej Bogusz is an economist. He has been a board member of Xcity Investments since January 2017. Prior to that he worked for PKP S.A., specifically its Real-estate Records, Real-estate, and Ownership Supervision departments.

Among other things, he was responsible for systemic solutions for aiding project development for PKP’s real-estate.  He was also engaged in the initialisation of development rights projects. He took an active part in preparing, implementing and finalising the modernisation process of Katowice’s Osobowa Station.

Before joining PKP S.A., he worked for the Ownership Supervision Department of the Municipal Office of the Capital City of Warsaw, where he initialised and conducted the consolidation of Social Housing Associations. Before that he worked in the following financial institutions – Nordea Polska TUnŻ S.A. and PZU „Życie” S.A.

Andrzej Bogusz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has also completed various training courses in real-estate and finance.
