Born in 1972, by education he is a civil engineer, a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and Technical University of Aalborg in Denmark. In 2007, he obtained the MBA title at the University of Economy in Poznań in cooperation with the Georgia State University in Atlanta. In 2010, he completed the training program Strategic Leadership Academy, organized by the ICAN INSTITUTE.
Since the beginning of his career, he has been working in the construction industry. He has been working for the Budimex Group, including as the Regional Director since 2002. In 2008, he was appointed the Director of the General Construction Division West. In 2011, as part of implementation of the strategy of diversification of the Budimex Group portfolio, he took the responsibility for developing new business areas and was appointed to the function of the Construction Director, to create the Power and Industry Construction Division. He was also a member of the Budimex S.A. Executive Committee and the company's Proxy.
On November 16, 2015, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa, Andrzej Goławski was appointed to the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company. He is also President of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Power Development Sp. z o.o., Mostostal Kielce, AMK Kraków and Mostostal Płock SA.
