Position: Managing Director, Central Investment Entity

Manager with many years of experience in activities conducted for economic local government, diplomacy, public administration, and business. Acted as the President of the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics in the 90s. From 1994 to 1997, he was the Vice-President and Director-General of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. Appointed in 1997 by the Minister of Economy as the Minister Plenipotentiary Adviser in the Economic and Trade Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canada.

Since 2004, as the President of the Management Board of the Foundation Innovation Centre FIRE (ARP S.A.), he carried out projects aimed at commercialising innovations in advanced technologies. Acted from 2005 to 2007 as the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy responsible for the strategy and development of economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, European funds, and bilateral economic relations.

After working for public administration, he became an expert in KPMG Advisory in charge of investments in special economic zones, innovation, entrepreneurship, public aid, foreign markets, with particular focus of economic co-operation with China.

From 2009 to 2014, he acted as the President of the Management Board in Powiśle Park Sp. z o.o. (GK PGNiG). From January 2015 – the Head of Development in Budimex responsible for the company’s entry into new markets; power industry, transmission pipelines, power transmission and distribution, industrial installations, and foreign markets.

Acted as a member of Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (two terms), Mazowiecki Operator Systemu Dystrybucyjnego Sp. z o.o., Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).
