Position: Director for Financial Instruments of the EU

Director of the National Contact Point for Financial Instruments of the EU Framework Programmes and Director of the Team for Public Programmes and Economic Environments at the Polish Bank Association, as well as Member of the Committee for Financing Business of the European Banking Federation. Mr. Lewicki is a representative of the banking environment In the committees monitoring operational programmes in Poland at the national and region  level as well as in the Coordination Committee for National Cohesion Strategy at the President of the Council of Ministers’ Office. He is an expert in parliamentary work and a co-author of publications on financial topics. In 2008-13, Director of the National Contact Point for the Framework Programme for Competitiveness and Innovation (CIP), directly cooperating with the European Investment Bank and European Investment Fund in Luxembourg. Mr. Lewicki is the initiator for the Coalition of the Polish Financial Environments for Absorption of EU Funds in Poland. In 1997-2005, he was a small entrepreneur. Director Lewicki graduated in law from the Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun, in enterprise finance management from SGH and in the European studies from the Jean Monnet CSE. He also completed numerous courses in Poland and abroad.
