Since 2016, Bartosz Kwiatkowski is the Head of Advanced Technologies Competence Centre in PSE Innowacje – a company established by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne to conduct research and development agenda in PSE Capital Group. He supervises activities related to the development of new solutions for electricity market and the use of innovative technologies as part of the infrastructure of Transmission Network Operator.

Before joining PSE Innowacje, he developed the team of regulatory advisory at PwC. Co-author of several reports on, among others, the application of mobile technologies and innovative business models. Participated in the works of advisory teams to the Ministry of Development, the Ministry of Digital Affairs, and Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). Used to be involved in the power, automotive, and IT industries.

Graduated from the Economic University in Cracow. Finished MBA at L. Kozminski Academy and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
