Position: Head of Division - Operations - Corporate Lending (Germany, Poland and Northern Europe)

Graduated with a master’s degree from University of Helsinki in 1997 and received a post-graduated master’s degree from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna/University of Vienna in 1998. Started her banking career at the Nordea Group in Helsinki in risk management and later on in international banking. Was employed by EBRD’s Financial Institutions team in London in 2001 and worked on a number of debt and equity transactions in numerous EBRD countries of operation before joining the EIB in 2006. Was appointed as a Head of Division responsible for the Bank’s lending activities in Germany in 2013, and since 2014 heads EIB’s corporate lending division covering Germany, Poland, the Baltic States and the Nordic countries.
