Graduate of Environmental Engineering Faculty of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She completed postgraduate courses in International Trade and Master of Business Administration. Ewa Górska-Herezo began her professional career in 1996 in the field of trade and marketing. 

In 2001 she took a post of Operational Office manager in Impel Group. Having gained 3-year experience in the management of cleaning services, Ewa Górska-Herezo joined the central structures of Impel Group and held positions of the Vice Operational Director and then the Operational Director. During this period, she was in charge of Technology Department, Department of Strategic Customers Service and twelve operational branches in Poland.
In 2008 she was appointed to the management board of Impel Cleaning, leading company in Facility Management of Impel Group, where she held a position of the Vice-president in operational matters and the Member of the Management Board. Ewa Górska-Herezo supervised activity of professional companies providing i.a. cleaning services, outsourcing of medical services, catering, property maintenance, professional cleaning services for food-production in food business and insurance services.
She has been the Vice-president of Polish Cleaning Chamber of Commerce acting in the Polish Confederation of Private Employers “Lewiatan” since 2012 and she has held the position of President of the Management Board of Impel Cleaning company since 1 April 2016. At the same time, she is the manager of the Real Estate Services Product Line in the Impel Group.
