Ewelina Kałużna is Leasing & Asset Management Director, Poland at Skanska Property Poland and a member of the unit’s management board.

Ewelina Kałużna has over 12+ years' experience gained from a number of international advisory agencies operating on the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Skanska, she was Director of the Office Agency Landlord Representation Department at Colliers International that cooperated with numerous developers active on Polish real estate market. Before joining Colliers, she worked as an Associated Director at JLL and was responsible for conducting complex commercialization strategies for office projects.

At Skanska Ewelina is heading Leasing & Asset Management Departments in Poland managing a team consisting of over 20 team members. She is assuring development and execution of leasing strategy for commercial area in order to achieve assumed lease level per project. Responsible for strategy of cooperation with tenants and business partners as well as for value increase of the developed investments and for property management. As a board member responsible for the company’s strategy in Poland.

Ewelina graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a number of professional titles including MRICS, CCIM and Leed Green Associate.

In 2017 named one out of 10 most perspective women managers in Poland by “Rzeczpospolita” newspaper.
